Her background spans kitchens, events, and leadership, from running private dining programs and managing large-scale event kitchens to serving as a trusted right-hand for renowned chefs and culinary teams. Known for her calm precision and polished operations, Bailey also brings a warmth that makes clients and teams feel cared for—like working with a trusted friend.
Through Bailey Rose, she now combines that experience with her passion for design, developing recipes, resources, and valuable kitchen products that enrich the way people cook, create, and live.
